Tasting Notes
Tim Freeland and Domenic Torzi source this Fiano from the idyllic Adelaide Hills' hamlet of Kersbrook. Steep and rugged granite and quartz terroir provides a perfect home for this native southern Italian variety. Low yielding, the small thick skinned berries produce wine of exceptional flavour.
Coupled with their non-interventional, vegan friendly approach to winemaking, Longhop wines are fresh, generous and full of flavour.
Refreshing notes of honeydew, lemon zest, white peach and apple.
This is such a delicious dry white.
Food match with seafood, creamy pasta dishes, poultry and salads.
