Tasting Notes
Well, here’s a GSM with a difference, probably another world first. We have used our diverse range of varieties we grow to make this exciting GSM. Graciano (Spanish) brings the acidity, Saperavi (Georgian) brings the colour and Mencia (Spanish) brings the divine smooth fruit finish. Gorgeous colour with aroma of black fruits and blackberries and dark chocolate and black cherries on long back finish. An exciting apparition of the Aussie GSM. Will go well with charcuterie boards or the classic barbeque. - Winery
