Pale medium colour. Waxy, grilled nut, apricot aromas with shellac notes. Beautifully concentrated apricot nectarine, grilled nut flavours, some waxy notes, fine loose knit chalky/ al dente textures and fresh indelible acidity. Precise, richly flavoured and crunchy.

So expressive with white pepper, orange blossom, dried lemons, dried pineapples and spice. Powerful and spicy with a medium to full body and oily, yet fresh and vibrant layers. Lots of energy. 59% extended skin batch. Matured in ceramic eggs. From biodynamically grown grapes. This can age nicely.

Apricot, fresh pineapple, citrus blossom, a sort of salt and pepper thing happening too, along with a subtle smokiness, ginger and seaweed. It’s juicy and fleshy in tropical fruit flavour, but has a spicy chalky skinsy grip to balance, almost a green spicy olive oil texture and character, along with lemon zest and green olive brine and sweet grapefruit acidity on a finish of good length. Complex. Interesting. Different. All good things.
