Tasting Notes
Remarkable poise for such a young wine, dark fruits, blood and ironstone all meld seamlessly.
- Stuart Knox
This is the inaugural release of the King's Wood Shiraz and it is exceptional. Aromas of red fruit, boysenberry, plums with notes of graphite & cloves - complex and inviting. A beautifully structured wine with vibrant acid and fine tannins supporting luscious fruit flavours continuing on from the nose.
Pairs well with a medium rare eye fillet.
