These blocks are within very close proximity (ca. 100m), the old Shiraz having a wine namesake trademarked after it.
Destemmed, 80% whole berry, co-fermented in concrete, maceration between 7 and 54 days. 9 months in 700l oak, 25% new.

It’s fleshy and ripe, plenty of almost freeze dried small red and blue fruits, almond, rich silty and ferrous tannin, dried herb and orange peel, and while it’s quite a thick and dense wine, it also has freshness and vitality, with a meaty/nutty/saline finish of excellent length. Excellent."
