Tasting Notes
The Tessendier family has been excelling – with seriousness and passion – in the art of distillation for generations. The latest project brewing in their copper pipes is this vintage-styled whisky brand that pays tribute to the 50s and to the mother of Jérôme and Lilian. This blended whisky, which matures for more than three years in small American oak casks, develops a particularly well-balanced aroma as a result of this long maturation. The smaller cask size enables a more intensive interaction between whisky and wood, which contributes to the development of a harmonious and well-rounded taste structure.
