90 / 100"Fresh, green pea and green bean. Good acidity and racy freshness, lean and whippet like with a razor acid profile. Lovely example of coastal Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, citrus and perfect with seafood!"

Tasting Notes
Bright with a greenish hue. Citrus aromas and delightful minerality combine with subtle, herbal notes.
Flavours of Lime and lemon zest as well as a clear underlying minerality. A hint of herbaceous flavours and pleasant salinity. A very fruity and expressive wine with an elegant finish enhanced by the three months of lees contact post-fermentation.
Enjoy on its own or with white meat, fish, seafood or light salads.
