91 / 100"More lemon than lime in colour, a little more weight on the palate, though first to be picked, it is always in advance, light Mirabelle plums, good density behind, it feels to me that Romaric Chavy has judged the picking date to perfection."

Tasting Notes
Sourced from vines with an average age of 65 years old. Matured for 10 months in 40% new French oak.
Higher percentage of new oak maturation evident on the nose. More ripeness from fruit to match this however. More nutty and creamy but still has citrus and white flowers. The flavours show an immediate increase in quality; more complex flavours of white peach and nectarine fruits, concentrated grapefruit, and beautifully perfumed flowers. Palate is most impressive; great fruit weight matched by excellent oak. Acidity is key- drives the finish.
