Tasting Notes
Tim Freeland and Domenic Torzi source precious Adelaide Plains old vine survival plantings from the 1950s.
Coupled with their non-interventional approach to winemaking, Longhop wines are lush, generous and full of flavour.
With this Grenache expect medium bodied flavours of plum, raspberry, dried herbs and supple fine tannins. Food match with Asian cuisine, roasted meats and vegetables.
