TASTING NOTES

The 2024 Mulline Pinot Noir is a vibrant, juicy red that offers exceptional drinkability and value. Sourced from four different vineyards across the Geelong region, this wine is a showcase of fresh, bright flavours and a playful yet refined style, perfect for those who love a Pinot that’s bursting with energy.

Founded in 2018 by winemaker Ben Mullen and business partner Ben Hine, Mulline Vintners has quickly gained a reputation as one of Victoria’s most exciting new producers. Team sources top-quality fruit from the Geelong area, working closely with growers to craft wines that respect both the land and the variety.

This Pinot Noir brings a hypnotic fragrance of bright red berries, wild cherry, white pepper, and a touch of earthy spice from the 20% whole bunch fermentation. On the palate, it's lively and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a juicy, fruit-forward character that makes it dangerously easy to drink.

Perfect for any occasion, the 2024 Mulline Pinot Noir is fun, fresh, and downright delicious - best enjoyed slightly chilled and shared with friends in big, splashy glasses.

Scores

95/100

A four-vineyard, six-clone blend; 20% wholes bunches, 15% new oak. A bright crimson red. A lifted bouquet redolent of summer red fruits, poached rhubarb, rose bush and white pepper. The energetic palate is light to medium bodied with the wine's fine-grained tannins and bright acidity making for a delicious and refreshing mouthful. Good, nay, great now and over the next 3–4 years.
