Tasting Notes
An estate-grown blend (no percentages given), separately fermented and matured until Dec '13, then blended and matured in French barriques until May '14. Bright hue; it has a fragrant bouquet of red and blackcurrant fruit, then some savoury/earthy nuances. I remain to be convinced about the relevance of this style today, however much I enjoyed it 40 years ago. - James Halliday
