Winetopia “Unyoked Giveaway” Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Winetopia International Pty Ltd (ABN 13 116 972 313), located at 4 Waler Crescent, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of all Australian states and territories aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase and consume alcohol in their state or territory of residence.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Entry is not open to persons residing in jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited by law.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEDT on 22 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must:

Visit https://www.winetopia.com.au/pages/winetopia-x-unyoked and complete the online entry form during the Competition Period.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Major Prize (1 Winner):

One (1) Unyoked accommodation experience valued at AUD $1,100
One (1) Winetopia Wine Voucher valued at AUD $250

The Unyoked experience can be redeemed across multiple Unyoked locations throughout Australia, subject to availability and Unyoked booking terms.

Runner-Up Prizes (2 Winners):

Each runner-up will receive:

One (1) 6-bottle Winetopia curated wine pack, featuring boutique, organic, small-batch, and sommelier-approved wines (valued at approximately AUD $300 per pack).

Total prize pool value: approximately AUD $2,000.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by random draw conducted at:

Suite 3.01, Level 3, 8 West Street, North Sydney NSW 2060
on 2 March 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

The Promoter may publish the names of the winners on the Winetopia website and/or social media channels.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If any prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months from the draw date, a redraw will take place on 2 June 2026 at the same location and under the same conditions.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and residency of entrants.

Incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

9. Prize Conditions

The major prize must be booked within 12 months of the draw date.
Travel, accommodation, and experiences are subject to availability and Unyoked booking conditions.
Blackout dates may apply.
Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

10. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, late, or misdirected entries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

11. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing communications, in accordance with Winetopia’s Privacy Policy:

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
