The nose is a citrus grove in full bloom – lemon zest, lime leaf, lemon myrtle, and just a tease of piney juniper. There is a soft candied note, like lemon sherbet or lemon-drop sweets, but it is framed with real botanical backbone.

On the palate, it walks a tightrope: tart lemon curd meets wild herbs, a dusting of sugar, and that subtle gin bitterness on the back. It is plush without being syrupy – more zest than juice, more herbalist than confectioner.
