Tasting Notes
This is golden hour in a glass. Made by blending unfermented Muscat juice with grape spirit, then ageing in oak. Think Pineau des Charentes, but with more tropical warmth and Aussie sun.
The nose is ripe fruit and sunshine — apricot, mango, orange peel, honeysuckle, and vanilla bean. There’s also toasted nuts, dried fig, and fresh hay.
On the palate, it’s lush but balanced — golden raisins, caramelised citrus, white flowers and oak spice. Silky, slightly sticky, but lifted with acidity and brightness.
Finish is long and rich, with marmalade, almond, and honeyed fruit.
Serve chilled, with cheese, or as a base for a spritz with sparkling wine and a twist of grapefruit. Elegant, joyful, and quietly luxurious.
