Tasting Notes
This is Australian brandy done right — Muscat fruit distilled gently and aged in French and American oak in the Mornington Peninsula. No sugar, no flash. Just pure grape spirit turned elegant and warm.
The nose is fruity and floral — dried peach, fig, orange blossom, and a touch of vanilla. There’s also a creamy note of nougat, toasted almond, and soft spice.
On the palate, it’s rounded and smooth — honeyed grape, roasted nuts, sultana, and a touch of barrel spice. It drinks like a mellow Cognac crossed with Muscat liqueur — soft but not sweet.
Finish is long and easy — peach skin, vanilla, and gentle wood.
Perfect in a snifter after dinner, or try it in a Sidecar with lemon and dry curaçao. A quiet charmer.
