The nose is fresh and bitter: orange zest, chinotto, rhubarb root, and alpine herbs. There is a freshness to it – citrus and pine – that sets it apart.

On the palate, it is dry, zesty, slightly bitter, and herbal. The citrus pops, the gentian kicks in mid-palate, and it finishes clean. Not cloying, not heavy. Just crisp and complex.
