Tasting Notes
A delicious wine to drink young for its primary fruit charcaters. The wine will gain complexity and smoothness with cellaring 5 to 8 years. The 2021 vintage in Margaret River was a cool, wet & challenging one. A battle from start to finish, with very tricky weather conditions to manage picking around. It was ultimately rewarding with delicate Cabernet showcasing typical Regional characteristics. Distinctive Margaret River regional Cabernet Sauvignon aromas, softer red berry and plum characters and delicate fruit tannins on the finish.

Scores
93 / 100"A gorgeous expression of the variety, showing blackcurrant, bay leaf, clove and roasted nut aromas on the nose, leading to a succulent palate that’s supple and persistent. Classically structured by fine chalky tannins, finishing long and attractively dry. At its best: now to 2034. Rating: 93 points Wine Orbit - Sam Kim 2022"
