Nestled in the Côte des Bar, their 19 hectares of vineyards sit on limestone subsoils of Kimmeridgian clay, enhancing the Chardonnay's freshness and the Pinot Noir's minerality. With Pinot Noir as the dominant grape variety, supported by a small amount of Chardonnay, this Champagne boasts power and elegance, delivering fruity, round, and rich flavours. Notes of crisp red apple, blood orange, fig, cinnamon, and pastry create a Champagne that is both elegant and structured.
