Tasting Notes
Pierre Jacquinot and his 2 sons Jacques and Jean-Guy have created "Champagne Jacquinot & Fils" in 1947. The family currently owns a vineyard of 17 hectares in the underground caves in Epernay and produces terroir-driven, unique champagne of high quality.
The 1990 is an incredibly limited release (only 6 bottles available), spending 30 years in the Jacquinot underground Caves.
Produced only in exceptional vintages, this wine showcases the perfect harmony of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Incredible complexity is achieved with this time on lees. An expression unlike any other.
