Tasting Notes
Citrus leaning towards the Myer lemon and Clementine spectrum are the driving forces here. There is ginger spice, sherbet and red apple skin, almost in equal measure, with lime lingering in the background. A lovely round palate, with soft textural elements that bely the cool year and shine throughout. Supple and even, the back palate has plenty of dried, mountain herbs, which add a savoury edge and freshness to the generous, long finish. - Wine Makers Notes.

Scores
94 / 100"Attractive, refreshing, fine boned. There’s distinct lemon myrtle, ginger, alpine herbs and sea spray happening in the perfume. Texture is waxy and yet light weight, a touch of truffle underlying in savouriness with hallmark lemony citrus, lemongrass, more ginger and prickly, sweet spice chiming in. It feels like a faint botrytis elements plays a pleasing hand, lending concentration and some umami-like tang, but the details on the bot are guesstimation. All very composed, exceptional persistence. A very intriguing and delicious wine emerges."
