TASTING NOTES

This Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir is your new favorite for savoring quiet evenings that deserve a little magic. Think juicy red cherry and tart cranberry mingling effortlessly with a gentle earthy undertone, all wrapped in a smooth, medium-bodied texture that flows like silk. Bright acidity keeps it lively, inviting you back for another sip.

Handcrafted by the talented Elena Brooks, this 2024 vintage proudly took home the Trophy for Best Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir at the Australian Pinot Noir Challenge and snagged a Gold Medal with 94 points at the Melbourne International Wine Competition. The cool climate of the Adelaide Hills lends this wine its vibrant freshness and refined character, making it a total knockout now but with the structure to gracefully evolve over the next 5 to 7 years.

Enjoy it alongside rich, comforting dishes like duck confit or a hearty mushroom and lentil stew—perfect moments to slow down, connect, and truly savour the moment with every glass.

Scores

94/100

There's lots of complexity and interest in this wine, particularly the distinct white pepper, mezcal and green herbal characters that overlay the red cherry, raspberry and cola notes. Tannins are fine grained and shapely, the wine fresh with its squirt of blood orange acidity. It's a perfumed, attractive, lighter-weight pinot noir, with great savoury credentials.
