Tasting Notes
The French Collection of wines from Burgundy is a realisation of the ambition of Jeff and Pascal to collaborate in a meaningful way to bring wines from the great vineyards of the Côte d’Or and beyond to Australia. Since the first vintages from 2007 were released the range has expanded as Pascal’s own holdings of vines in Burgundy have increased. He now owns 8ha of Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations, as well as continuing to source fruit from a trusted network of family growers. All their wines are sealed under screwcap, and they were among the first producers in Burgundy to seal a Grand Cru wine with this ever reliable closure.
