Tasting Notes
Velvety dark and opaque — like pouring chocolate ganache. The nose is rich with cocoa powder, roasted coffee, dark cherry and just a hint of vanilla. It smells indulgent. Decadent. Dessert in liquid form.
The palate delivers on that promise. Dense and creamy, with real chocolate bitterness layered under the sweetness. Dark roast espresso, black forest gateau, and a hint of liqueur-soaked cherry. There’s enough alcohol to keep it from feeling cloying, but the texture is pure velvet.
The finish is long and luscious — cocoa, cream, and coffee dust.
In summary: A liqueur for the serious chocophile. Deep, dark, and deliciously rich. Like drinking the centre of a flourless chocolate cake.
