TASTING NOTES

Piccini was founded in 1882 and is now run by fourth‑generation Mario Piccini and his sisters, who manage multiple estates and prioritise sustainability.

Collezione Oro Blanc de Blancs is a Charmat‑method blend of roughly 60% Glera, 20% Garganega and 20% Chardonnay. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under pressure, and the final wine is Extra Dry with residual sugar between 12 and 17 g/L.

At 11% ABV it offers a bouquet of spring flowers, pineapple, confetti and lemon peel. The palate is soft and round with a gentle mineral edge and elegant perlage, making it ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes.
