St Kilian German Classic 700ml

In 2012, St Kilian Distillery was founded, where whisky craftsmanship and tradition meet German technology and innovation. Double distilled in original Scottish copper pot stills, our spirit matures into the finest whisky under perfect conditions in the middle of untouched nature. Matured in ex American bourbon and ex Spanish sherry casks. 

AROMA Multi-layered fruit notes of ripe apricots, peaches, yellow plums and plantains combine with creamy vanilla to form a sweet melange of fruit, which is underpinned by finely spiced oak and a delicate herbal note of fresh mint and a little sage. 

Taste: Balanced sweet and at the same time warming with apricots and peaches, creamy toffee as well as spicy oak flavours, spiced up with a pinch of white pepper and perfectly rounded off with a hint of fresh mint. 

Finish: Creamy caramel notes linger pleasantly with fine brittle, subtle dry oak spice and a hint of fine herbs.
