Winetopia is proud to host a deeply personal evening with Te Mata, a rare chance to explore the estate’s legacy through a curated tasting experience, brought to life over dinner at Antica Dining in Sydney. Crafted in conjunction with United Cellars, this is not a crowd event. It is a gathering for those who want to get closer to the story, the land, and the wines themselves.
From the legendary Coleraine Cabernet Merlot to the silky Bullnose Syrah, this is a line-up that speaks of heritage, precision and patience. Every bottle reflects generations of quiet custodianship and a winemaking philosophy rooted in balance, elegance and time.
The venue has been chosen for its warmth, intimacy and attention to detail. Antica’s thoughtful, seasonal menu has been designed to sit gracefully beside the wines, allowing each glass to open, evolve and show its best. Expect a night shaped by conversation, discovery and slow, meaningful enjoyment.

Refunds & Cancellations
The event refund policy will be updated approximately every 6 months. and is subject to change with 7 days notice.
All event tickets are sold on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event; a full refund or credit available.
- Cancellations less than 7 days notice prior to the event; refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
- In the circumstance that an event is canceled due to government-imposed restrictions, a full refund or credit will be given, where possible.
- Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): As these are limited ticket events, cancellation more than 14 days, a full refund or credit is available.
- Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): cancellation less than 14 days, refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
- Winetopia requests all clients attending the event to provide full contact details, including dietary requirements.
