Tasting Notes
This one’s a little troublemaker — fun, loud, and gorgeously made. Tiny Friday is Aussie pisco, but don’t let the irreverence fool you: this is a legit, high-quality grape spirit made from aromatic Muscat à Petits Grains, one of the most perfumed grape varieties on Earth. The result? A bold, juicy, tropical riot.
On the nose, it’s wildly expressive. Lychee, passionfruit, crushed grape, orange blossom and mango skin hit fast and furious. Then, a cooling breeze of lime leaf, green tea, and mint. There’s a natural sweetness here, but the spirit smells clean — no syrup, no cloy — just raw, ripe fruit in stereo.
On the palate, it’s electric. Grapey, yes — but with complexity: pineapple core, lemon sherbet, grape must, a touch of ginger. Mid-palate, a floral lift emerges — lavender, basil flower, and jasmine tea — before finishing with a snap of citrus peel and peppery heat.
It drinks beautifully neat, especially with a twist of lime or paired with soft goat’s cheese. But in a cocktail? That’s where it parties. Make a Passionfruit Pisco Sour, or go long with soda, lime, and crushed basil. This is the playground version of pisco — loud, fruity, and brilliantly fun.
