Tasting Notes
Sourced from grapes grown on certified biodynamic single-estate vineyard, Yangarra 'PF' Grenache, McLaren Vale is a fresh, medium bodied wine grown without the addition of chemicals and herbicides. Luscious and fruity, this wine is best enjoyed young and paired with hearty dishes.
Colour tells you exactly what to expect. Luminescent purple and bright. Pure fruited natural wine expression. Lashings of white pepper, raspberry and vanilla bean. Exactly how preservative free wine should be. Drink young.

Scores
92 / 100"Handpicked, destemmed and a large percentage of whole berries. Wild fermentation and matured for 5 months in stainless steel. You’ll find the Yangarra generosity here in a spiced laden Grenache full of blackberries, blueberries and prune plums. There is a boysenberry jam kick with clove, bay leaf and bitter cocoa. The wine is slippery on the palate with powdery tannins and a juicy frame. Slosh around in a decanter to make the most of those purple florals. Drink now or will cellar for 1-2 years. Serve with beef and black bean stir fry."
