This Chardonnay is your new favorite for savoring quiet evenings with a little indulgence. It opens with a wonderfully intense bouquet of white peach, ripe lemon, and fresh citrus, immediately inviting you in. Hints of lemon tart and delicate barley sugar add a cozy pastry vibe, while subtle floral touches and discreet oak notes of hazelnut and spice give it that extra layer of elegance.

On the palate, expect a beautifully balanced experience where roundness and freshness dance together effortlessly, revealing a fantastic harmony and remarkable length that keeps you coming back sip after sip.

Harvested from cool, hilly vineyards in southern France, this stunning Chardonnay showcases the best of its region, bringing you refined citrus and melon characters with just a whisper of oak to keep things interesting. It’s a top pick recommended by Master of Wine Alistair Cooper, and once you try it, you’ll see why.

Perfect for pairing with lightly grilled chicken, creamy pastas, or simply enjoying as a mindful moment to yourself. It’s that kind of wine that turns everyday occasions into something worth pausing for. Find your place with this delicious, polished Chardonnay and let the flavors linger.

Subtle oaking adds a little weight over the non oaked version. Well judged and adds some wonderful texture to the palate as well. Fresh and rich with brilliant drive to the melon and ripe lemmon character and then that subtle dusting of the oak influence really finishes the wine in style - sophisticated for its price. I would choose this over all other options I have tried at this Wine Paris 2023 tasting.

Inviting aromas of green rockmelon, lemon zest and apricot on the nose with a hint of oatmeal. The palate offers lovely combination of silky texture and bright acidity, leading to a smooth rounded finish. Modern and beautifully balanced, making it delightfully appealing. At its best: now to 2027.
