This Gran Reserva embodies a meticulous craftsmanship, using the traditional method identical to that of Champagne, ensuring a superior quality and complexity.

Hand-harvested from the oldest and best plots of a single vineyard, this Cava pays tribute to Ms. Núria Claverol, the wife of the winery's founder, through its elegant and refined character. The 2016 vintage benefits from a minimum of 60 months aging in stacks, complemented by fermentation of the base Chardonnay wine in new 225-litre fine grain French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16°C. This process adds layers of complexity and depth rarely found in sparkling wines at this price point.

The wine presents a very intense and complex aroma, combining fruity varietal notes of Chardonnay with subtle roasted nuances and the delicate influence of oak aging.
