The most exciting wines we’ve tasted this month. Full stop.
This is our Trust Me Pack, a no-hedging, no-filler selection of the six most thrilling wines we’ve tried in the last month. These are bottles that stopped us mid-sip. Wines that drink outrageously above their price, made by seriously talented people who know exactly what they’re doing.
Trust our palate, trust the wines we get exposed to and filter out. This pack will reward you.
Every wine in this line-up delivers far more than it should for the money - purity, energy, personality, and polish. These are delicious. These are not safe wines. They’re properly exciting wines.
What’s inside this month’s Trust Me Pack - I want you to try these so badly.
- Patrick Piuze Blanc de Blancs Méthode Traditionnelle NV - France
Champagne-level finesse without the Champagne tax. This made Christmas better. Superb wine.
- Villabella Soave Classico DOC 2024 - Italy
Italian dry white as it should be: crystalline, mineral, and absurdly good for the price.
- Stoney Rise Savagnin 2025 - Tasmania
Pure Tasmanian precision - savoury, textured and perfectly fresh. Possibly the wine of the pack.
- Garagiste ‘Le Stagiaire’ Chardonnay 2024 - Victoria
Chardonnay with swagger: tension, depth and Burgundian intent at a fraction of the cost. Can’t recommend the Garagiste suite of wines highly enough.
- Vanguardist Blewitt Springs Rosé 2025 - South Australia
This is Australia’s best rosé. Not joking. Seriously. Pepsi challenge with anything. Layered, saline, pretty, detailed - an extraordinary wine.
- Hoddles Creek Estate 1er Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2024 - Victoria
World class Yarra Pinot from a fantastic vintage. Silky, complex and pure fruited - Franco D’Anna is a brilliant vigneron.
This pack matters. Your money matters. This isn’t a “value” pack. This is a conviction pack. Drink well beyond their price, made by brilliant, obsessive producers.
Then this is the pack where I need you stop thinking and say:
“Alright — I trust you.” Judge me on this pack. Judge our business.
