TASTING NOTES

Pieropan Soave Classico DOC 2024 is a distinguished white wine crafted in the heart of the Soave Classico region in Veneto, Italy. Composed primarily of Garganega grapes (85%) with a complementary 15% of Trebbiano di Soave, this wine reflects the unique terroir of volcanic soils at elevations between 100 and 300 meters above sea level. The grapes are carefully fermented in temperature-controlled cement tanks and aged in the same vessels to preserve purity and expression.

This vintage presents a pale straw yellow color that visually signals its freshness and elegance. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, bright citrus fruits, and a subtle hint of minerality, a hallmark of the volcanic soils from which it originates. The palate is dry and crisp, with vibrant acidity that balances the wine beautifully, culminating in a long, mineral-driven finish.

Produced by the renowned Pieropan family, whose winemaking heritage spans generations, this Soave Classico exemplifies a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. The 2024 vintage captures the essence of the Veneto region’s climate and volcanic terrain, offering a wine that is both refined and approachable.

Perfectly suited to accompany seafood, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads, this wine also stands out when enjoyed on its own, making it an excellent choice for elevating any dining experience. Its freshness and elegance make it an ideal selection for those seeking a sophisticated yet versatile white wine.
