TASTING NOTES

This is the wine that turns any evening into a special occasion. Domaine AF Gros Pommard 1er Cru 'Les Arvelets' 2024 brings together power and elegance with a juicy burst of cherry, blackcurrant, and raspberry that dances on your palate, followed by subtle whispers of strawberry as it opens up. It’s smooth and seductive, with finely balanced tannins that make every sip feel polished yet inviting.

Born from the union of two legendary Burgundy families, this wine carries the legacy of Côte de Nuits and Vosne-Romanée heritage, crafted now by the passionate next generation pushing boundaries in Beaune. It’s clean and fresh on the finish, making it as versatile as it is beautiful.

Enjoy this with a cozy night of rich roast chicken or share it at a dinner party where great wine and good company are the main event—because some moments deserve to be savored, deeply and delightfully.

A deeper crimson to ruby colour. The fruit is slightly leaner on the nose. The stems are less evident on the nose, though they appear further back on the palate. A structured fresh fruit, with more energy than the Pézerolles today and fine length. Fruit and pepper mingle well at the finish. Drink from 2030-2035. Tasted Oct 2025.
