Very deep, bright purple/red colour, with a concentrated cassis bouquet, fresh and youthful, with lifted aromatic notes suggesting blackberry, dried herbs, blueberry and a faint hint of peppermint, while the flavour is mouth-filling and concentrated in its intensity. The cabernet shape of the bottle is normal, its weight heavier – appropriate for (secret)'s belief that no wine was worth its gold unless it could be diluted with 50% water and still enjoyed. This is pure cabernet sauvignon, from a deep well of blackcurrant and black olive fruit, and tannins to make sure the wine outlives you.
