Still a little funky from the wild ferment, but there are also beautiful notes of floras and ripe white peaches. Very elegant and polished with a super vibrant finish that makes you reach out for the glass again. Drink or hold.

Cheesy fermentative overtones give way to a site-typical amalgam of fresh apple garlanded in honeysuckle and heliotrope. This is another of those Prüm Kabinetts that is watery in a positive sense of that word, combining watercolor-like transparency and wash of flavor with delicacy and refreshment. As with the corresponding Graacher, the finishing sense of wet stone and floral perfume is striking, and here a mouthwatering hint of salinity adds significantly to the appeal.
