TASTING NOTES

Your effortlessly elegant red for slow evenings and good company. Longview Twin Palms Pinot Noir 2025 captures the bright, fruit-forward charm of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir with a fresh, beautifully polished feel.

Expect juicy cherry and plum flavours, lifted by a subtle earthy mushroom note. Bright, crunchy and finely textured, it delivers all the classic aromas, flavours and finesse Pinot Noir is loved for, with a lovely sense of purity from carefully hand-harvested fruit.

Cool-fermented in stainless steel and matured for six months in old French oak puncheons, this is a graceful match for roast mushroom dishes, duck or a cosy dinner shared with friends. As critic Ken Gargett says, it is “Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir and one of the better ones.”

Scores

90/100

A soft, slurpy and gently drying pinot noir showing off tart cherry, dried cranberry, dusty, woody spices, some game-meat notes and a riff of dried herbs and pepper. It's a little lean and firm, but there's elements of appropriate pinosity, and a general sense of charm.
