If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of sale to arrange for a return of remaining stock. The returned value can be used to replace with a preferred product, or as a store credit for future purchases.
In the instances of fault, we can arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

It is not possible to keep track of all prices on offer for goods. If you find a price cheaper within 7 days from when you purchased it from us we will match it and then beat by 10%. Note pricing must be from an Australian company shipping from Australia and must include GST or local taxes. The product must be the exact vintage and condition which you have purchased from Winetopia International.
