Domestic Shipping

All wines are insured against loss and courier damage. Winetopia International will alert you when the goods are being dispatched from our Sydney warehouse or direct from our supplier. The delivery notification will be sent either by SMS and / or email. These details can be updated on your profile for registered members.

At the time of ordering, you will be advised of an expected delivery time frame. In some rural areas our couriers will contract the final delivery to a local contractor, this may or may not increase some estimated delivery times. We will replace or refund anything you order and do not receive.

Delivery Times

Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time, depending on stock availability. If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as soon as we are made aware, via your nominated method. We endeavour to dispatch wines within 24 hours of the order being paid.

Heat Policy On Wine Deliveries

We do not ship when temperatures exceed a recommended safe level for transporting wine. You can also request for us to hold your order until a time when it cools down. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience during heat waves.

Delivery Charges

For orders delivered within Australia, the combined cost of delivery, handling and insurance including GST is as follows:

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of sale to arrange for a return of remaining stock. The returned value can be used to replace with a preferred product, or as a store credit for future purchases. In the instances of fault, we can arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. Freight & merchant fees are non-refundable.
