When we collect personal information from an individual, we will ensure that we do so in a fair manner and that we let the individual know where and how to contact our organisation. We will only collect information that is necessary.

We do not collect personal information when you visit our website unless you log on, place an order, register with or contact us, or provide us with feedback. When you place an order you will be asked to log on and we will ask you for the following personal information: your name, date of birth, email, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions and phone number.

Information from the Checkout is provided to our delivery agents so we can send you your order. We may also need to provide your details to data maintenance providers.

SA legislation states that we are required to collect your date of birth details, for all orders delivered in SA. We also collect date of birth details for all other deliveries, to verify that you are over 18 years. These details will be included on the delivery label, in a disguised format.
