How do I contact Winetopia International?

How much is freight?
QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC - $8 per case
TAS, SA, WA, NT - $20 per case
1 case means up to 12 x 750ml bottles. Delivery charges include GST.

Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes you will receive a copy of a tax invoice via email once your order is paid for.

Are there any other costs, when buying through Winetopia International?
No. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and are in Australian currency.

How long do deliveries normally take?

What is your refund policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of sale to arrange for a return of remaining stock. The returned value can be used to replace with a preferred product, or as a store credit for future purchases. In the instances of fault, we can arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. Freight & merchant fees are non-refundable.

Do all prices on your website include local taxes?
Yes all prices include local taxes except where otherwise stated.

Is this a secure site?
Winetopia International uses the latest in SSL encryption technology, protecting your credit card and personal details against disclosure to a third party. If you are not comfortable using our online service, please send your order or request a phone call via wineorders@winetopia.com.au

Does Winetopia International ship internationally?
Yes, however some destinations may have their own restrictions. Please contact us on wineorders@winetopia.com.au and we can quote delivery availability and costs for you. Please note that any applicable taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order up until the time it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel the order after this point, we only need confirmation of the delivery being returned to us to be able to refund your card. If stock is not received back to us, you will be charged for the missing stock.

Does Winetopia International price match?
Yes, it is not possible to keep track of all prices on offer for goods. If you find a price cheaper within 7 days from when you purchased it for we will match it and then beat by 10%. Note pricing must be from an Australian company shipping from Australia and must include or local taxes The product must be the exact vintage and condition which you have purchased from Winetopia International.
