"Distinctive bouquet with pear and lemon, preserved lemon and apple, a fine autolysis complexity and chalk-like mineral quality. Lovely weight and crispness, dry, fresh, saline and mineral. A fine wine with a coarse - silk textured mousse, high acidity, distinctively dry and floral on the finish. Flavours of lemon and apple and a fresh, crisp brioche quality on the finish. Well made with ready to drink qualities from 2022 through 2029."

Tasting Notes
100% Grand Cru fruit. Pinot Noir & Chardonnay blend. The nose is a combination of ripe citrus fruits with a buttery overtone and flowery finish. The flavours are fresh and vibrant, of peaches, melons and raspberry with light hazelnut nuance adding depth and complexity. A truly beautiful wine, and exceptional value.
The family Autreau is an old family from Champillon - ancient documents certify their presence since 1670. This family is linked to the farming of the land and to the Champagne production as far back as it goes - the beginning of the 18th century when Dom Perignon found bubbles in his wine.
